U-Haul Moving & Storage at Eubank

I have rented vehicles 5 or more times from this location in 2022, and theyve always been friendly, clear about every step, helpful, and all with a combination of professionalism & humor. The U-Haul reservations app has a couple of glitches but overall is easy to use, as well as to make reservation changes or updates.

The two gentlemen working in the evening at 530pm were not only helpful, but one of them went out of his way to help me check in with him instead of on my phone. Once he did that I went to get the truck, but the uhaul app wouldn't allow my phone to continue the process from my phone. I went back inside and the tall gentle walked me outside and saw that my phone wasn't responding to the app, so he approved everything and I was on my way. I brought the truck back 2 hours earlier than I needed it, and the shorter gentlemen was outside and helped me return it. That fast, that simple. I have only rented from this location in the past and will continue to do so because of the kind and wonderful employees. Great customer service!!

The customer service. However I was charged an extra $27 after paying up front and being told there would be no more charges as they had to send me to another uhaul place due to not having the keys for the original truck. And no call to let me know.
