Christian and his crew did a great job from start to finish. Christian helped us work with our insurance company to find a solution to our leaking roof - now we have a beautiful, brand new black shingle roof! both him and Natasha were very professional and helpful. Can't recommend this company enough.

I have never dealt with a company that you have to call numerous times to get them to do any kind of work. Every time you call the answer you get from them are "we'll send someone out" or "let me look into it and I'll call you back" and low in behold no one ever comes and no one ever calls back. Ask them to come and quote some work is a different story, you'll never get them to come. But wait! If you do get them to go and quote the work for you - DO NOT be fooled by the kindness they give off. They'll do what they have to get the work. Once the work is done, that's that. You'll be lucky to get them out for warranty work after that let alone get a response other than "we'll send someone out". Just beware. Some companies aren't worth the hassle and this is one. Ans I'm sure when they respond to this post they'll say " please contact us or stop in the office so we can sort things out" but you'll still get a whole lot of no where with them.

We had a new roof replaced on our building. The first year that we had leaks, we would call them to come out and fix it. They were quick and responsive. For the last 2.5 years we have had one leak, they came out once or twice, said they fixed it but didn't. Still leaking from the same spot. I have called several times after that to have them come out and fix it. There response was "we'll have someone contact you or we'll send someone out" which they never did. I think once I seen Chris who said "we'll have to do a flood test to see exactly where the leak is coming from" and needless to say that was over a year ago. I've called a couple of more times after that to see when they would come back and do that. Natasha said "we'll put you on the schedule" and low and behold they never came. The work was quick none the less. The warranty work was good for the first 6 months, anything after that well don't hold your breath on. I have marked all dates down of when I had called, when they came out and when they were supposed to come out and nothing. I'm more worried about the damage it'll do to my warehouse insulation as I made that my concern in the past. I think I'll pass this along to the BBB at this point I am at a loss for words for how business is conducted here. Services: Roof repair, Roof installation
