Spoke with Xpress about a pool in August, was informed it would take 2 months. Hired in November, 2020, and dug pool in April, informed pool would be ready Mid May, still not finished, almost August 2021.... told 3 times tile would be finished, still waiting,told concrete would be poured 3 times, supposedly to pour today... not here...very frustrating!! Foreman is all talk, doesn't talk to you if you're a female and leave a message, and flippant with response to my husband..

We hired this company to install a pool/spa combo in October. It’s now the end of May and we are still weeks out from being done. They are always telling us it will be done soon. They’ve been saying that for 4 months. The communication is terrible, there is always an excuse, and they have made countless mistakes. Do not use them. It’s not a reliable company and we are now stuck with an incomplete pool that needs corrections.

Asked for an estimate. Adam Tenario didn't even go up on my roof. Adam lies all the time! Great talker. Wouldn't trust him to do anything.

I hired Xpress to replace damaged siding and fascia, paint the exterior of the house and install gutters. I got competitive bids and selected Xpress based on customer reviews.
I was quoted 5-7 days to complete the job. Then it was determined that all of the siding needed to be replaced because no matching siding could be procured. We agreed on a change order that I think was fair and pretty generous actually.
The job started on March 2nd and was completed in early May - 2 months not the 5-7 day estimate.
Gabe talks a good game, but don't expect him to deliver without holding his feet to the fire.
In all there were 5 crews, each one sent to either clean up the mess or finish the incomplete work of the prior crew. Supervision, communication, coordination and quality control were all serious issues.
There are many things I am still cleaning up or finishing. For example: the painter (Sammy) sprayed the front door while still mounted on the hinges. He ended up spraying the floor and ceiling inside the house. I chose not to have him clean it up because I was afraid he would just make a worse mess.
The gutters installed all leaked with the first rain. And leaked even after they came to seal a second time.
The workmanship was very poor from start to finish! This taught me a lesson - don't rely on internet reviews. Get referrences and check them out thoroughly!
