I would give 0 stars. I don't normally do reviews. My family live on 3rd floor. My friends' dad on Memory Care. I have got into arguments with Val and some of the care staff here. I would give recognition to only a few staff and I don't think they were ever told so here goes. Savanah M worked on all 3 floors Leena. I loved how they communicated with me and my family, my family had nothing but good to say about ypu both. I have not seen since January- March. I asked some of the staff they said she was terminated Savanah M and I can't understand why she was amazing and we were blessed to have her care for more than a few loved ones Leena worked 2nd and 3rd. The staff I and my family complained about are still currently here and now are Nursing staff. My family has got money, jewelery, batteries and other items stolen. Sundays and tuesdays seem to be a habit for my loved ones not getting medications on time or not given at all for nights and days are Wednesdays monday and friday she had a fall Sunday (night time) few weeks ago and we were not notified. Sheena is the Nurse staff not new but one of the old caregivers I reported for rough handling and neglect and her partners Rhonda and Carlton..an older lady, Kyle, Charmaine, and another gentleman I complained about a few other staff and Thomas who's med tech.. carlton who work 3rd and some on 2nd floor 2 of the night staff who normally work with her as I used to visit my friend he has named ones who just allow him to fall all the time and nobody ever reports it Rhonda, thomas, Tammy,Sheena, Sammy, Samantha, Felicia, I have caught him on the floor myself. Don't waste your money here. Val does not care about residents Morada is not a good place if you are looking for a trustworthy loving place for family. Atria vista was better and the staff currently working are horrible and rude neglectful and don't know how to properly care for anyone. The night staff have no idea what's going on and my friend who's girlfriend was living on 3rd was malnourished and dehydrated severely who passed away recently and savanah m said she needed feeding assistance she went to val and she never got the proper care i dont doubt she was the only one being treated this way and reported by care staff. Val, Nora and corperate take your concerns like a joke. I never understood thr harassment and rumors being said about savanah M she was the only care staff in assisted that was worth anything except ones I'll mention in the end. The staff and management all need to go. The supplies you buy is given to other residents as they do not provide any briefs or other needed items. If your wondering where supplies went staff takes it to use on other residents and does not give back. My grandm is left soaking wet her calls at night are not answered timely and she isn't given what she asked for she is often ignored. Here is to the staff I like to give recognition to.

Darrelle for always providing snacks and a positive dining experience, Leena, Natasha, Ana, David, Xavier, Tiana, Daniel, Joey, Alexis, Billy, Dee, Maria, connie, Lacey who never seems to get a day off welcoming with a smile, Callie, Vonne, Enriquez, Elisha and Some are here majority are not. I hope this finds you all thank you for being 1 of a kind.
Please find a better place as there is infestations in my family members room and staff is horrible Nora has no idea what is going on and I can never get a call back or in contact with anyone. Their we care and thrive environment is nothing but a sham. And the bad reviews you see are accurate. Staff wear used gloves in hallways without changing them for other residents. Everyone here speaks bad about other staff forgetting we can hear everything, Calls get ignored and everyone's on their phones or missing

The entire staff at the Morada Sr Assisted Living facility have been absolutely wonderful. From the very beginning working with Erica Costello so professional and kind, to the Care Coordinators and business mgr Felicia. And to the BEST TEAM of caretakers Kai, Ana, and Tomas have been outstanding with the 24 hour care. Kudos to Dining-room staff always great service. Thank you to Everyone for caring for my brother Robert! God bless you all.

We were devastated when we learned that mom required Memory Care in September, 2023. It was a difficult adjustment for all of us. Sine then we have been extremely happy with the care mom is receiving. Kim, Mireya, Enriquez, Gloria and the rest of the staff do an excellent job caring for mom.

My friend has lived there for about 10 months. Shes on the third floor and has roaches. House keeping is minimal. They come once a week and even though they have a vacuum on their cart they dont use it. After 3 weeks my friend had to ask the house keeper to please vacuum her rug which was obviously dirty. They dont dust. They wash dishes sometimes. Its very light housekeeping at best. My friend lost her key card to the front door and had to ask 5 times over a two month period for a new one. They finally found the new one in a drawer today. It shouldnt take 2 months to have a new key card made. Maybe it was sitting there for weeks and nobody told her. The front door locks at 5:00 PM so if my friend ever got home after 5:00 then she would have to sit in the cold and wait for someone to come let her in. The other residence are very nice. Most of the people that work there are very nice too. Its not a bad place but for the amount of money she is paying each month you would expect it to be better.
