      Mr. Acosta, you may have us confused with a different shop. We do not charge no-show fees and have only refused 3 dogs in the past 2 years of business, none of which were yours. The only dogs refused service were due to severe aggression and two because of lack of care from the owner. Im sorry you had a bad experience with a different shop but please ensure you have the correct business before leaving a bad review.
