        On 4/5/24 one of the service techs of this company trespassed on my property to leave a promotional flyer in my backyard. Today 4/6 I called to file a complaint to the company and the supervisor was too cavalier about it. Tried to write it off saying that sometimes service techs will go to the wrong house accidentally and service the wrong house. Regardless, trespassing is illegal and she did not take this as serious as she should have. I have never contacted this company for service. The HOA in my community Bulwark as their preferred service provider, and I will be sharing this information with my HOA as well. It is very unsettling to have someone come into my backyard when I am not home.

        Leroy came by today for a scheduled visit and was very friendly and helpful. We always appreciate the wonderful service that Leroy provides. Another great visit. Nick came by today for our scheduled visit and he was very friendly and informative. I had some questions about other services and he was ready and willing to answer them. Another great display of superb customer service. Nick visited us today for our scheduled visit and, just like Leroy, he was very friendly and professional. Even in the super windy and cold conditions, Nick did a very thorough job making sure that the whole house was covered. Thank you for a job well done. Leroy is always so friendly and professional. He is always ready and willing to answer any questions I have and takes the time to explain exactly what services he is providing on each visit. We appreciate you, Leroy.
