Buying a home can be intimidating. Not knowing what exactly to expect. Not knowing who to expect as far as people coming into your home (purchasing our rental property). Mike and Michael came to do our home inspection and were a couple of people I was so glad to meet. Both very professional and delightful to work with! Explained things well! I absolutely loved these guys!! I'm a first time homebuyer and they did the inspection on my possible new residence. I was able to be there during the whole thing and asked a bunch of questions. They were so friendly and knowledgeable when answering them. If I had a concern that I'd noticed they explained it to me and showed me what they were talking about. Mike Sr. and his son Michael conducted a thorough home inspection on a property we are purchasing in Corrales. They were prompt, professional and they examined every nook & cranny while explaining everything along the way. When the inspection was completed they summarized their findings along with supporting photographs.
