Dr. Nels Dahlgren is an amazing person. He is professional and listens to what your concerns are and knows what is best for your treatment. He gives me options. I loved going to my appointment. He was so kind and and made my visits reassuring. I highly recommend this great Dr.

Dr. Dahlgren's care is phenomenal. He is so patient and listens to what you say. It is remarkable to find a doctor that spent as much time and is trying to kill my pain. I'm so grateful! I'm so excited to have someone actually hear the words and try to help get rid of my pain. Thanks, Gail Mathis

I think he is a caring doctor, good listener, I would recommend him to anyone with a pain problem. He is your doctor for sure!

Not compassionate to seniors with pain caused by statin induced peripheral neuropathy, axonal damage.. Has attitude he has clairvoyance. Can tongue lash and destroy your integrity in 10 minutes if he decides he does not like you and threaten to get you admitted to Behavior Health for having Rx stolen. His entry into my clinical record inproper and slanderous rying to discredit me, lying stating I reported lost med, that was stolen. He not there, makes assumptions to make drama lecture like a am a rehabing addict. I am oriented x'3 and independent. He will slander you to protec his own shaky reputation, new in area, and chased from last job, with history of unethical history of clinic. He recommends spinals for PN which is inappropriate per Florida Clinics. A haughty man who will recruit staff to write documents that are heresay, kinda says a lot about this pain clinic and the staff. Make sure you have a witness with you when you visit this place if possible, or a body cam. That will shut his abuse down. Wish I had thought of that. Don't need an attempt to label me as demented or having Alz. A very dangerous man to your well being and your reputation. Have no too low to go.
