This dealer is awful, does not return calls or patch through to anyone that can provide any info. Ive called 8 times on days they are open, twice spoke to someone that transferred me to a voice mail, and never received a call back. How is this place even open??? Embarrassing.

Absolutely terrible service. I've taken my Ducati here twice. Both times I was ignored and had to wait while the guys sat in an office 5 feet from me talking. Always rude, and didn't answer when I called to check on the bike for 2 weeks.

No one there Ducati needs a new dealer to represent them! 11 calls no answer went to dealership no sales person present left phone number for call back nothing. What a waste of time as this is a great bike with great history.

Horrible communication. I called the store multiple times with no one returning my calls. The sales manager never responded to my emails or text messages about the parts that were supposed to be ordered when I bought the bike. The parts were on back order but no one would return my call or text when I would ask for an update about the parts. I bought a brand new bike and there are broken parts on the bike and loose parts even though it "went through inspection" before buying. They told me my brake light was broken and their tech is new and not comfortable fixing that. I will NEVER do business with them again and I will be telling everyone I know not to do business here. Absolutely horrible.
