Company was very honest and up front with me, kept me updated and replied to all my emails thats the reason for the 5 stars my item wasnt in stock so it took 3 weeks to get to my door step

Order a part and waited for 2 weeks. No update so I reached out and they said its coming. Waited for another week, dead silenced, I asked and they said it's back ordered. I asked to be cancel and the part finally came.. after 5 weeks. I already brought it from other store so I asked to return, now they wanted me to pay for shipping and restocking fee. I am very disappointed at this store, no active update and when I asked question, it takes more than a day to respond. I never deal with a internet business in such manner. They just simply blame on the manufacturer back order but the seller should have keep me updated and give me option. I ordered a part from the same manufacturer with back order from other store and that is what other store did for me - constantly update of the order and gave me option to cancel.
