Carl’s Jr.

The place only had three people serving, which made the wait quite long. The three people were giving their all at work, their effort was very notable. But the place looked neglected, the tables dirty, the baby chairs very dirty. Of course it wasn't the fault of the people who really gave their best because of how few they were.

We only used the drive through but the service was very good (fast and courteous). I go to Carl's Jr. whenever I can as I am gluten intollerant but can eat their sourdough buns; very good! And whatever they use to flavor it with, We love!. Always good at Carl's Jr.!

I wasn't able to eat there today. I've had decent service in the past, but today's experience was terrible. My friend and I pulled up to the drive thru speaker. We waited for a while and got no greeting, not even a "Be right with you". We pulled around to the window and the employee was extremely rude. He said we didn't give him a chance to talk to us (though we waited several minutes) and said "there's other customers you know!" He then said if we wanted to order we could pull back around and SLAMMED the window before I could reply. Needless to say, I did not pull back around. Zero stars.
