        My family and I went in today, Saturday March 2nd, 2024, and it was by far the worst experience Ive ever dealt with at this location. Im assuming the manager must have been on break because when she came in, things got a bit better. Prior to her getting there it was a disorganized mess. None of the workers and the were several knew what was going on. Orders were wrong and taking 45 min for shaved ice. Some of the workers seemed new and were just staring at orders and not knowing what to do. They definitely need better training! Most orders were wrong as well.
