Talia was referred to me by a colleague of my mother. And Im so glad I was able to have her represent me as a buyer in Rio Rancho. I was buying remotely from Las Vegas, and I never broke a sweat during the transaction. Talia was very knowledgeable on everything I asked (I asked a lot of questions) and she also helped me save money in the process. I also enjoyed using Old Republic title for this transaction. Talia and her staff are amazing! They showed us close to 40-60 houses in a week and a half. They made it fun and we joked the whole time. They also caught a big issue on the final walkthrough saving us thousands. I would absolutely use them again!
