        Cant get anyone at this office in Albuquerque, when I call the # it goes to main headquarters, they transfer me to Albuquerque office and still goes back to main headquarters. very frustrating, just trying to set appointment up with someone to go over my accounts.

        TD customer experience makes Wells Fargo look good. Most frustrating customer service reps I've ever dealt with. DEALT with. Dealt is defined as to cope with (a difficult person or situation) and you will get both difficult and a situation after dealing with TD. And I didn't choose them; I was forced to deal with them as they bought out an Ally portion of my account. Definitely a poor first, and in my case, last impression.

        Hideous! Called several times from Santa Fe to make sure they could do what I needed. The Manager never bothered to call back. When I got there, the whatever had no idea what he was doing. The manager still couldnt be bothered and was rude and condescending when I told him his behavior would probably cost TDA 3 accounts. Terrible!
