      image Today, I was at Nusenda making a deposit thru the drive thru. The two left lanes had a red light...meaning it was closed and to use the other two lanes that were green. After sitting idle for roughly 5 minutes several cars drove up. Before I looked up there were 4 cars behind me and 4 cars behind the other lane. A lone car pulled up to the two left drive thru that were closed. They were taken and process within 3 minutes. Meanwhile I stay idle in the lane that was green and I waited and waited 20 minutes late I finally had the opportunity to drive up and give them the deposit. Again, I watched and three other cars to my left were going thru with a three minute waiting period. The teller never apologized for the long wait! She was watching the cars piling up behind me and knew it was taking her FOREVER to complete a transaction. How infuriating! I'll never bank with Nusenda! They are slow, never nice and never acknowledge one by thanking for for banking with Nusenda.
