Went in to enjoy a sweet treat of yummy icecream. Only 2 employees working and even though we waited awhile, employee Gabe was so very attentive and helpful. I didn't get to use a gift card but Gabe was so very polite, friendly and very attentive. Great service Cold Stone, give him a pay raise.

I would have given 1 star, but the employee was lovely and none of the issues are on her. The store smelled badly of a dirty bathroom. I had to hold my breath and was concerned about the food I was picking up. Had I not already prepaid online, I would have just left. The store is falling into disrepair. It's exactly the same as it was 20 years ago, t seems like no upkeep has been done. No new furniture, so it's very worn, walls could use paint, they have chunks missing. The floor was wet, which, combined with the smell was very suspicious. I will not be visiting this location again.
