Bosque Heating Cooling and Plumbing

I called Bosque after dealing with my horrible home warranty company (Choice Warranty). I had a leak in my water pipe and Bosque was able to come out right away. They took the issue seriously. Isaac and Zeke were the technicians that came to my house. They showed up on time and were able to give me an estimate and start work the same day. They even did their best to accommodate ridiculous requests from my home warranty company. They fixed the leaky pipe and even went above and beyond to replace more of the pipe to prevent future issues. The techs were quick, effective and cleaned up when they were were done. They even setup a restoration team to come look at the damage and recommend any type of repairs and estimate with no pressure. It was much appreciated. The techs also looked at my other equipment to offer the possibilities of future maintenance if needed. The office staff was a amazing as well. They were attentive to my needs and concerns and very helpful and understanding of my problems. It was great to find a company that was very professional and provided excellent customer service. Everyone I talked to, and especially the technicians were very knowledgeable in their field. It was a great experience, and I will happily recommend their services to anyone in need of plumbing and/or HVAC services.

As a ex employee. They tell us not to deposit our checks untill they say. I believe that's illegal... Perhaps work force solutions will love to hear about this

I am editing my initial 5 star review. I am not sure what has happened to Bosque but it is not good. When I first used them a few years ago I had just bought my home and purchased an air conditoner from them. I could not say enough good things about the front office staff and the technicians. Come to find out everyone is now gone, all of them. This year I called for a start up of my air conditioner. What I got was some guy flying higher than a kite on some kind of drugs. He had no idea what he was doing. I had to call them back a few days later. I was told that guy had been fired. In the next coming weeks I had to call them back 3 more times until my air conditioner was up and running correctly. This past weekend I had an issue with my pilot light on water heater. On Saturday mid morning I called them. I was told they would put a call out and someone would call me back. I never heard anything all weekend. Monday morning I called them again only to be told they do not do call outs on weekends anylonger . Now I am feeling uneasy and have lost faith in them. I asked to speak to a manager. I want to ask for a refund on the service plan I purchased since I will not use them for the close down of my air conditioner. The front office girl who is exceptionally nice took my message and said he would call me back. I never heard back. I called again that afternoon, she apologized and said she'd leave him another message and he'd call me back. Here it is Friday afternoon and I am still waiting for a returned call. I have put alot of money towards this business but not anymore. I will take my business to business that cares. ~~~~ I apologize it took me a while to write this. From the first couple of times I called Bosque Heating the girls, Bethany and Erin, were nothing but courteous, professional and on top of things! Thank you! I had an air conditoner installed and work done on my water heater. Working with Miguel and Joe has been nothing but a pleasant experience, all of them for that matter. Both Miguel and Joe are always on time, courteous and very professional. Miguel is the epitome of a hard worker and extremely honest! I will continue to use Bosque for my heating and cooling needs as the seasons change as I know I will get top notch, honest service! Thank you Bosque Heating and Cooling for an amazing staff!! Please read! This company is not bonded or licensed even though the tech, Lary said they are. They replaced a fuse in my commercial refrigerator unit with a copper pipe, causing thousands in damages. Once a single thing goes wrong, their call center stops connecting you with assistance. I contacted the state of New Mexico to file a complaint against licensed contractors and this company is not on file, nor are any of their techs.
