        YOU KNOW how plumbing and heating problems can be something of a mystery and cause high anxiety. When you find a company that provides both cordial and comprehensive services, you want others to know. I was having issues with both my boiler and a/c. First Rate offered an appointment within 24 hours. Bill and Kevin, highly competent technicians, came out and resolved the problems. Ron offered terrific phone support. You're in good hands with First Rate.

        Valentino with First Rate Plumbing worked to clear both of my tub drains and did a great job. He arrived on time -- in fact, he was early, which I really appreciated. He got my drains running in just a few minutes, and he was very courteous. I will definitely recommend him and First Rate Plumbing for any Plumbing issues

They never tried to up sell more products or services. The price they quoted was the final price. They finished on schedule. Service: Faucet repair
