I have been using Payday HCM payroll services without a single problem for over 20 years. I give them 5 Stars for Timeliness. 5 Stars for Accuracy. 5 Stars for Service. If I could, I would give them a 15 star rating!

We have been using Payday for several years. Everyone has been wonderful. They are always willing to help out. We love working with Lisa. I give a four star just because I always feel we can improve on something. If your looking for a company to help you with payday this is the one.

We used Payday HCM for a few years, and I let my HR staff talk me out of leaving Payday HCM in 2023 for another provider. OMG, what a terrible mistake. We went back to Payday HCM starting in 2024, and what a joy to be back. Payday HCM assigned a very competent, very helpful integration specialist that made it a breeze to migrate our complex payroll data over to their platform. They had excellent training. They identified several mistakes the other provider made, including incorrect 2022 W2's that we're going to need to figure out how to correct. The platform itself is very intuitive and easy to update as needed, supporting a wide-variety of payroll and HR policies. And, when we have questions, their support team is always available. A live person picks up the phone on 1-2 rings, and is usually able to answer our questions without transferring. This contrasts to ADP, what we used years ago. We'd call ADP, and literally have to wait on hold for 40 minutes or more. With the other provider we used in 2023, we could get our questions answered, but usually by email not by talking to someone. If I could give Payday HCM 6-stars, I would. Truly, a great platform with great people. Larry.

I wish all companies I did business with were as responsive as the Topaz Team at PayDay. They are so friendly and easy to work with! They always respond to my emails the same day......usually within an hour. I feel like customer service is a lost art, but not with them.
