        I was told that mine and my spouse's personal tax filing was "not good business for Hinkle and Landers", and that I should find somewhere else to file my taxes as they only take on repeat customers. I suppose if you aren't a business or large organization (or perhaps a longer term existing customer), I would look elsewhere.
