If I could I would give a half star. I am having a lot of health issues with more than one family member and I am having to take frequent trips from Albuquerque to Edgewood every other day to also care for those family members that dont qualify for a home health aide. Having my checks withheld due to clerical mistakes or over a misunderstanding is NOT acceptable nor is it my responsibility to make sure this off case of mistaken identity gets corrected. I have bills to pay and this joke of a job barely gets me by. To have to struggle and have hits to my credit score due to late fees and whatnot isnt even the worst part. This is the SECOND TIME Ive been told there are unsigned pages in my new hire packet when I am in fact, NOT a new hire!! Ive been with this sham of a company for almost an entire year. So why, after all of this time are the secretaries JUST finding this out IF I am indeed who they were speaking about. If my check is NOT deposited by the time the office opens you can expect to hear from a lawyer on my behalf for emotional distress, loss of wages and illegal actions to stop my payments. I have a material witness that can attest this supposed issue was corrected and was a human error due to my name being similar to a new hire. This is stressful and unnecessary. Please do NOT work for this company. Theyre too small to take their own positions and responsibilities seriously.

It took nearly two years for enchanted care solutions to send me a care giver. When they finally did send somebody he was physchofrenic. He thought my house was wired and kept reassuring me that he would never put anything in my drink or steel from me even if I were in the other room. . He would call me several times telling me he was on his way and then not show up or he would show up on a random day at a random time. Then they send me this guy who does little onto nothing I asked for help with my laundry and he said no he had his own laundry to do. He to would not show up on the scheduled day and if he did show he could only stay an hour. I think the extent of his help was he swept my floor once. But here's the kicker he stole my kitten! That's right he stole my baby kitten and refuses to gemive her back. His name is Brandon. I of course notified enchanted care asap . I told them I want my kitten back. I'm sure it's not high on their priority list. Who steels a kitten from a disabled lady? Brandon does that's who. Only in new mexico.
