*** WOW *** Don't Know any other words, From the Moment I walked in to the minute I walked out, I was IMPRESSED. I had the pleasure of of being tested by Dr. H. Lovato, She was so Knowledgeable, She answered every question to my satisfaction, And her Professionalism was top notch, and the personal touch was amazing too, she make fell like she was a family member helping me. I had choices, and got financed to fit my budget. I have only had my new hearing aids for one day and it will take some time getting used to. I also Observed the receptionist helping an elderly gentlemen and that also impressed me , so I am confident that if I was to have an issues I'm not worried about getting it addressed. This is where they set the bar of Customer Service. Thank you again Dr. Lovato. Looking forward to my next appointment. Did not want to edit my review I want to add to it. I have had my hearing aids a little more a year now. and the Service is still as EXCELLENT as the day I got them. Thank you guys again......
