Very knowledgeable presented several options of advantage plans as well as what gap plans would cost. Phil gave me time to review the different plans by sending them in email. I was given another day to review we talked the next day. There was never any pressure to sign up, this was not the case with other companies. Ultimately all of these reasons factored in me choosing BCBS

Very happy with Kayla she answered a lot of questions that I was having difficult to getting answers from social security that was very pleased I was so upset and so frustrated didn't know what to do but she helped me tremendously I am very happy thank you very much Kayla

I came in not knowing exactly what to do or what I needed. Aurora took all my anxiety and melted it away. She was so kind and so understanding. She helped me figure out exactly what I needed and explained it in a way that was easy to understand. This wasnt the first office I went to on that day, I went to all the big name places and couldnt even get a person to talk to. My only regret is not coming and seeing Aurora first. This place has a customer for life now, and its all because Aurora took the time and listened.
