Customer Service is pretty bad. Shikanda in particular. They give wrong information and It seems they are being deliberately obstructive.

The issues are extensive. We have been on the phone 5 times the past 2 weeks attempting to resolve the problem. We are told a supervisor or enrollment will call back, they never do. Currently my wife cannot get her prescriptions filled. True Health, how can we resolve this problem?

Horrible company. Will not supply my medication I have been on for a year, humaira, saying it us not medically necessary. Never reviewed history or case files, typical bs insurance, deny till they die!!

This past December before the open enrollment due date I called to inquire if my coverage would automatically renew for 2022 or if I needed to go to the be well NM website and re-enroll. I was told by the person who took my call that the plan would automatically renew and no action on my part was necessary. Now today Jan 11th attempting to pay my Jan 2022 premium I have found out that my coverage did not review automatically. I have applied for 2022 coverage on the be well NM website but this leaves me uninsured till Feb 1st. This misinformation given to my by your associate could leave me with a very high and unexpected medical bill in the event that something would happen before the end of the month. Needless to say I am very upset and disappointed. In the future I expect more factual and accurate information and guidance regarding my health coverage.

UPDATE: Same problem again this month. I even called True Health yesterday and told them I had the same issue as the last. Again, they told me it was taken care of. I am down to one pill for my high blood pressure and this is making it worse. I went into pick up the prescription and same problem. NOW I have spent a total of 2 hours on calls and going back and forth to get a prescription. On call now and I have zero confidence this is going to be taken care of. OLDER COMMENT: I used to have a different insurance company and when I went to pick up my prescriptions it still showed that company and True Health as second provider. I was not able to pick up the prescriptions. I was so worried about getting my prescriptions but I called True Health and "Christine" not only resolved the problem permanently but also called my local Walgreens to make sure the prescription was ready and with the correct provider. Their communication is wonderful and I have nothing but great things to say about their company. I have been with them for about 2 years now in New Mexico and will not change providers!!!!

I used to have a different insurance company and when I went to pick up my prescriptions it still showed that company and True Health as second provider. I was not able to pick up the prescriptions.
