        Family medicine on Wyoming is the best I absolutely love Dr. Procell she really does care and she knows her stuff. I wouldnt want another primary doctor. Thank you so much Dr.Procell and her staff

        Our family has been patients of this practice for several years now.In a word their responsiveness & accuracy has declined during that period.  Very sad to us.  The last 3x I have tried to get them to prescribe my Rx (after they agreed I should have it) has taken a full day or two to get it right.  Last 2x they sent it to wrong pharmacy -mail order, though in our discussion they asked & were told local (because it was time-sensitive).  When THEY make a clerical error like that, they have to send it BACK for Dr. approval, which has taken at least the rest of that day!  Required me to make multiple phone calls to check& correct, creating unnecessary drama & stress.  Every time I got a different person!  WORST PROCESS EVER!  C'mon, really no excuse!  Fix it!!!
