I was really disappointed with family doctors. Past i had an issue with the nose doctor was giving medication instead of sending me to ENT. I finally found a better doctor who takes care of patients seriously.

Extremely displeased!!!! I'm currently breastfeeding my 4 month old an am NOT ALLOWED to bring her with me to my apt. I've been waiting 2 months to get this apt and see a doctor. I don't have family or friends available to watch my baby, shes breastfeeding so she won't take a bottle, she still very small I don't have help, it's Extremely inconvenient for single moms or parents who don't have access to child care,

Im glad I had to go to this location to be seen sooner, because Id gone to a closer location two weeks ago and they missed something. Nurse Anangfac at Las Estancias was concerned about my level of pain and strongly suggested I go to the PresNow a few minutes away. She even set up the transfer. (They did a ct scan and found the issue, and now Im getting the right treatment.) Oh, and she got me examined, tested, and out of there within 40 minutes!!! I am grateful and impressed. My only complaint is that the bathrooms were dirty. Everything else was great.

Waiting to get checked in, the rude receptionist directs me to the self check in...I dismissed her and she comments to the person she's currently checking, "did she hear me"? How rude can u be? First of all, with my sickness I'm still contagious...that's why I'm here. Sure lady let me spread my germs to the self check in computers, and let's see what else I get from the self check in computers. Guess treating patients like this is OK with presbyterian, sad. Do your job, and quit being a jerk to sick patients, what is wrong with pres employees? Also, just because you want to avoid doing your job...doesn't mean it's ok to treat customers rudely and involve others to join you. Very poor customer service imo.
