WAS FOLLOWED AROUND BY A SMALL PERSON FOR SEVERAL HOURS

I went to get my meds and they where helping another lady past 6 told me we close at 6 now I have to wait till they reopen to get my meds and they where helping another guest

We were just there picked up my husbands medication which he needs dearly for his medical problems. I couldnt go with him he went by himself. They gave him somebody elses medication. We live 45 minutes away from this wall Walgreens he got home I looked at it. It was somebody elses so I had to stop doing what I was doing to take him back to take that medication all she said she was sorry it was already in the tube and she sent it out and didnt really realize it was not my husbands medication one big mistake and then she just got the medication that we took back, didnt even look at it and put it back in the bag and stapled it to give it to the other person. This really did not sit right with me.

This a review for the pharmacy They withheld my mood stabilizers for me. It was a 6 month fight for me to get them on time, let alone GET THEM. I spent 5 hours, between 4 Walgreens to STILL not get them. That marked 4 days without these needed meds. Theyre life saving for me. When I asked for the head pharmacist, she laughed in my face while telling me they werent there.

Annoying & very frustrating to get filled, pickup & deal with any Prescriptions at this Walgreens Pharmacy. I have now chosen to boycott & no longer deal with or have any of my Prescriptions filled here or at any other Walgreens Locations! I have simply gone with & changed over to Optum RX Home Delivery for all of my Prescription needs. My Prescriptions are now more in control from me with more awareness & ease. They are shipped directly to me at my Mailing Address for no additional Charges on me & only when I need & request them manually. Goodbye Walgreens Pharmacy & all of the Prescription Delays & wait times that are unreliable & always occur with me & my Prescriptions at Walgreens Pharmacy!
