        Rude and unprofessional. Acted like I was some kind of criminal for trying to exchange a $50 for some smaller bills to run a garage sale. Would never do business with such a rude group of people.

        I have been with Nusenda before the name became Nusenda so I have been with them for 13 years the CU ANYTIME ATM had a malfunction and I was told its my responsibility unless it was fraud I also have a protection on my account so I do not overdraft and it stops me from doing so and that did not happen so now Im having to owe $211 that I do not have I had asked for some help and they didnt wanna do anything to help me out with the balance when I had to owe $100 due to overdraft protection not working correctly so they cleared my account of $100 that time and now that I am actually showing proof that it is not my fault Im having to be responsible so now Im going to look for another bank that is good for someone that has a Payee account and doesnt give them such a hard time when it comes to financial issues
