        Quick, easy, clean, modern, helpful staff, great location close to downtown. Only downside is it has a huge parking lot and a drive through :( Also not sure why the card they gave me has no 'tap to pay', according to their website it should.

        Quick and easy, not a long wait at all. If you're in a hurry make an appointment. Pleasant staff, and a really nice interior.

        Definitely does not level up to the typical SLFCU service and setup. Sadly I will continue traveling from the downtown area to the heights. Grrr

        This branch is not equipped with the resources or competent staff to uphold the customer service standards for SLFCU. I came in on 2/17/2024 for a cashier's check. There are no teller windows, so I was told to wait in the lobby. After thirty minutes, I was told by a customer service representative that they could not find the check and asked what the check was for. I explained I needed a new check and was told it to wait additional time. I eventually left without the check, given the extensive wait time and my own pressing schedule. The lack of teller windows, lack of effective communication, and negative impact to my schedule made this an incredibly disappointing experience.
