        Wonderful service, professional, and kind. I do think they need more employees because quite a line grew while we were waiting, and they didnt have the exact model phone in stock we wanted (Samsung Ultra in black.)

        If you're looking for the worst customer service in town, ask for Blas. I've never met a more confrontational, rude, and aggressively toned person, and even worse- he's the manager. I'm surprised this place is still in business.

        Honestly, if I could give this review 0 stars I would. This has been the WORST experience with an AT&T I have EVER had. I am still waiting on a resolution. I have been on the phone with AT&T Loyalty department and even returned to the store after I was advised there was nothing they could do as my account is that messed up. I was told I would just need to give it a few days for my account to reflect an upgrade that should of reflected immediately. I have incurred additional charges for this upgrade because it was not done correctly and then when I gave this same store the chance to fix the upgrade, now my account is a complete mess.
