        I was having an issue returning a phone since my father passed away when I went To This store due to confusion from Verizon. I met up with the associate named Antonio. He was very helpful attentive and listened. He didnt want to give me any bad info so he called customer service and customer service told him that they would send out a box the next day due to the fact of I did not purchase this phone at this location. It was purchased over the phone so therefore I cannot return the phone to this location, but I will recommend, anyone who is looking at Verizon or needs help from a Verizon store to visit this location because of my experience with Mr. Antonio I have to say Great job, Antonio and thank you for what you did
