I am a return customer. The service provided was outstanding. Isiah obviously knows carpet and all the tricks to clean and remove stains. I took the time to get to know him as a person, and my instincts tell me that he is honest, hard-working, and will do whatever it takes to make you, the customer, happy. Isaiah was not only hard working and professional, he beautifully restored a 22 year old carpet for us. We had numerous wrinkles, and stains, and we were not sure it could be fixed. He did a fabulous job. Our bedroom is beautiful again. We have 2 more rooms to repair, and will definitely call Isaiah again. Excellent customer service.
