I contacted Best Way because I rented a townhouse and the carpet in one of the rooms smelled like dirty feet. Scott came out and measured, gave me a quote, and I booked an appointment for him to replace the carpet. He was on time for my first appointment and a little early for installing the carpet. My dog loved him and he didn't have any problem with my pup even though she wanted to be next to him while he and his helper were installing the carpet. It was quick, came out great, and got rid of the nasty smell. I would highly recommend Best Way Carpet Care!

I needed my carpet cleaned as soon as possible and Im so glad I called up Scott from Best Way Carpet Care! He responded to my inquiry within minutes, gave me a really great quote, and was able to come out the next day. Him and his assistant did an excellent job cleaning my carpet, but what I really appreciated was the amazing customer service they provided. Ill definitely be calling Scott again when needed.
