Outstanding customer service by Ashley in the Albuquerque New Mexico customer service support department I had an issue with my account she stayed with me the entire time as she spoke to several different departments and managers to solve the issue Excellent customer service and support 5 stars!!!!!!!!

200 hours on customer service. 25 plus times service suspended on mistake they made when I signed up. Been hung up on 50 times and charged wrong amount for whole year. Refuse to fix or compensate my business. Lost over half of our clients. Will never recommend.

I am for more than 3 hrs with different people transferring me 5 times and nobody can answer a simple question why my bill incise I gave them the amount and they are transfer me with out answer 5 times Matew, veronica, Paula Sara does not have answers very bad service they want us to figurative and let them know

This location is super busy! The staff they have is very friendly and very willing to help those who may feel "technology challenged" with their phones or other devices. I've had two or three exchanges with their staff and have left each encounter feeling satisfied. As a prior CSR, a positive interaction IS A MUST... and the staff here is some of THE BEST CSR's I've encountered. "A+" folks!!
