This dude parked down my street (which I figured out after the fact in the picture from my camera you can see him driving by) instead of pulling into my driveway or at least be able to look out my window and see what company he is with by his work truck. Has no identifying uniform and left before I was able to ask him who he was with. I work from home and now Im another day out with no consistent internet connection.

Wasn't able to do an official comcast survey to respond about the service I received, but the men and women at this location were awesome, helpful, and kind. Whether or not people take time to consider the individuals they are requesting services deom or not, is obvious, in most cases when you start with kindness you receive kindness. I will always take all of my issues into this team and heck I may swing in just to improve the quality of their day when I can. Awesome team.

The store is not actually owned and operated by Xfinity, it is a third party franchise store. Done by Xfinity. You may as well go to a Xfinity corporate store which is about 2 mi down the road off of Cutler. After multiple visits, the salesperson finally fessed up and told me that because they were not actually Xfinity, they couldn't make anything official. It's branded as Xfinity and all the signs and everything make it look very official, but it is not , it is operated by bridge realty or something
