Service was great! Patient staff that checked on us frequently. However the dish I ordered wasnt working. The rice to my grilled salmon had hard bits and was very salty. The grilled veggies on the side were excessively wet and lacked seasoning. The salmon itself tasted good when paired with some lemon juice but the harmony of textures on the plate together was lacking. The bread and butter before the meal was delicious though, good ciders too. The exterior and interior of this location is lovely as well.

You will get the same service level as any fast food resturant, but you will wait 45+ minutes, have zero interaction with your server. Have an empty drink for 15+ minutes, and will mess up your order. You're better off anywhere else. I have eaten here twice and it's flat out trashy. It's cheap rip off style of italian and american homestyle foods. Might as well be a dive bar with mediocre wine. I would never recommend anything from this establishment to anyone. Management defending someone who messed up an order twice is unbelievable. Eateries should find what they are good at, this establishment is not good at service or cooking. It's an absolute embarrassment to the service industry.

My recent experience at the Albuquerque location for a small work group lunch left much to be desired. Despite anticipating a satisfying meal, the Mongolian beef I ordered was disappointing in both taste and presentation. The rice accompanying the dish was excessively salty, drawing attention from all who had it in their orders. Furthermore, the beef itself appeared to be overcooked, resembling burnt or extremely dehydrated pieces. The delay in both taking our orders and serving the food compounded the disappointment. Contrastingly, I have previously visited the Alamogordo location and enjoyed a delightful rendition of the same dish. For comparison, I have attached photos of both locations' Mongolian beef orders, clearly depicting the disparity in quality. Overall, this experience fell short of expectations, and I hope for improvements in the future.
