I have a neighbor who put his trust into this company to take care of his affairs after he started suffering the effects of dementia. Now it's a few months after his death and a friend of his has shared that the company is maneuvering to cut his benefactors off from what he willed them to cover expenses incurred by the company while he was still alive. This seems unjust. While I don't have a first hand account of what's happening, I thought I'd at least give prospective clients a heads up to do some research about this before you sign on the dotted line.
