        Calling Customer Service is a nightmare. Customer has to wait a very long time and then gets a beligerante agent. Customer ask a simple question about system being down and agent hung up on customer. Guess they don't need any banking customers.

        This bank is absolutely terrible! The uptown branch is only open until 3pm, which is lazy even for bank hours. On top of that, half the time I go during business hours the door is locked and no one comes to open it. When I try to call customers service it says theyre experiencing higher than usual call volume (I get this message 365 days a year, 24 hours a day) and it takes forever to speak to a person. When I finally do speak to a person they never have the answer to my question. I will be switching banks immediately.
