      image While I have had good experiences with the bankers and tellers I have dealt with, dealings with the back room personnel have been poor. I had been looking to open an additional account for a while and had been considering NM B&T because of business experiences with the front end. They ran a promotion that I liked, I asked about requirements, and signed up. I met all of the stated requirements but NM B&T has never fulfilled their end, even trying to make up additional requirements that I had also met. So if you are to have any dealings with the back end of the bank get everything in writing up front. Finally gave up after 3 months. This is a bank that doesnt keep their word.
