Customers who use this complex BEWARE! We were visiting a business in this complex and had to use the parking garage. I am very short and when trying to leave the parking garage I wasnt able to get back in my car fast enough after putting my ticket and payment vouchers in from the business. The arm closed and we were stuck! When I asked for help from the ticket booth is was told that " that never happens" so I needed to "pay" so then I was told I had to get the vouchers again from the business. But the machine would not accept it without a original ticket when you can only get if you have a car in the drive in way. Then I was told to reverse and park. After going back to the business..i was told this does happen rather frequently and that she was going to call security down to help me get out. So we returned to the same lane. The security guard was downright nasty to me. He told me he "watched the tape" of us pulling up and the arm never went up and we just needed to pay or use our vouchers. He would not let me tell him what had happened and we had been waiting for over 30. Minutes to get out. Obviously he only watched the last few minutes of the tape. He then told me " I will let you out THIS time but next time...." By then I was gone out of the gatMy 11 yr old daughter was about in tears afraid we would not get out. The business we visited is for troubled and special needs Children. I can not beleive he would try to make us pay after we already did everythright. I do not know what his thought process was to try to keep us there by refusing to open the gate.
