Goodfellas Auto Care Collision and Detail

I called the shop to inquire about their services before deciding where to take my vehicle, a common practice for many. Initially, the conversation was straightforward; I mentioned my car insurance (provided through Costco), which he corrected with the proper name (without issue, everything still good). However, the tone changed abruptly when I mentioned I was still comparing options. The representative labeled me as 'wishy-washy' and told me to look elsewhere, displaying a lack of professionalism and courtesy. Further attempts to address this with a manager were met with indifference, highlighting a concerning attitude toward customer service. Despite any positive reviews, the way a business treats people is fundamental. I advise potential customers to consider the responses to negative reviews (especially google reviews) as a gauge of this shop's professionalism. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business and will be advising my network to steer clear.

They really are good fellas! They made time to help me get the front end of my car fixed after I hit a curb. They helped me get the car drivable that day, were honest and open about all the work that needed to be done and the cost. They used the right parts for my car, instead of the cheapo parts that don't fit or break easier. So, if you care about your vehicle getting fixed up right, go see these guys! They made my car look like nothing ever happened and we're super kind in the process :) I definitely recommend these guys for their customer service and quality work!

Took my car there after being victim of a hit and run. Art and John were amazing to work with and helped me and explained everything to me every step of the way. They really pull through in tough times. Cant say enough good things about the shop and the people there!

My family and I have taken our vehicles to Goodfellas Auto Care Collision and Detail for many years and have always been thrilled with the service and hospitality, whether its after an accident or for detailing. I recently was in an accident where my car was quite damaged in the front. Art handled contacting the other person involved in the accident, as I had not gotten their insurance information, and handled it with professionalism. Within 30 minutes, I had a plan to get a rental car and the other person's insurance covering the costs of the repairs, as my car was undrivable. Art kept us up-to-date on the status of my car throughout the repair process and a few weeks later, my car looks BRAND NEW! I can truly say my 7 year old car looks as if I've just driven it off the lot (inside and out thanks to a beautiful detail job). My family and I will never stop recommending Art and his team at Goodfellas.
