I was able to attend a community event on St. Patricks Day at The Watermark. My family had so much fun watching the dancing, enjoying the friendly atmosphere, and staff. It is a beautiful facility with a great feel.

Do not move your LO into Watermark. We just moved our mom out. Our experience was in the Memory Care unit but friends have removed their family members from the AL side too. Numerous recent management changes have resulted in chaos in every area. Staffing issues make caregiving difficult. Our contract stated certain services were included. We were billed for those services on top of our monthly rate. We were billed for services provided by our hospice company. If you are reading this because you are looking for a place please keep looking! Edited to add: Please notice their completely insincere response below. They want to know more but give no contact info. Do they think we werent taking our concerns to management? We had phone and e-mail conversations with Andy Buckholz from their corporate offices. Promised follow-up never occurred.
