This place is horribly managed. I am not sure how the owner is a nurse and carries a license as while legal in the state , thc is not legal for medical professionals to be under the influence while participating in patient care. Between the high staff turn over, the disrespectful manner she talks to her staff and residents alike, employing those as care givers with criminal history,. Running into her last night at a community event I was appalled to see how nervous, shaking and rapid her speech and eye movements with dilated pupils were. My loved one would never be placed back in this setting. While my loved one was there on multiple occasions their medications were stolen and used by staff and gosh knows who else , they just vanished and the camera that was positioned on the Med Storage area was always just there for looks as it was broken. I would think twice about sending a loved one here.

I was disturbed by the review by Miss Lila solace as she is completely out of line. First of all a borderlinse slander, I often worked very closely with Ms Valencia with referrals I wouldn't send any of my referrals to anyone else. Don't take my word, go check out this wonderful place. All the residents are clean, they eat well, and the home is spotless. That shows that this place is treating the residents great as none of them are disheveled or unkempt. From stories I've heard about the previous administration, by understanding is this place has made a full 360 for the good.

My daughter was in this facility for 3 months and lost over 50 lbs. She developed a kidney stone and Gretchen refused to allow anyone take my daughter to the hospital. My experiences in nursing homes with my daughter, have been horrific. Inhumane! Should not be in business! Much less have a nursing license.

After reading a review of Angel Wings this morning I feel compelled to offer my own review. A negative review offered by Mr. Chavez cannot be any further from the truth. In fact, I am horrified with his commentary which to most would seem slanderous. As a former chaplain in healthcare and assisted living facilities for over 14 years I visited Angel Wings Assisted Living. I spent two hours with the new owner and the residents of Angel Wings. I observed nothing but professionalism and heartwarming care for the residents. Two of the residents could not say enough positive and inspiring things about their home and the home's new owner. I was so pleasantly touched with my observations that I offered to volunteer to help spruce the place up and perhaps even offer chaplain services. For those reading this review, please consider visiting Angel Wings Assisted Living and see for yourself how happy the residents really are.
