Would give 0 but one is minimum. Our ac broke, Travis came out and found nothing despite it being stuck at 80 degrees. He left. It continued to stay broken and Francine put me on the schedule for the next day at 10am but would call to confirm with me that day. Francine was extremely rude over the phone after I missed a call (called back 40 mins later and she didnt answer) and she basically blamed me (even though someone was tentative for 10am) and wouldnt send anyone out to fix my ac unit. I was told to find another company! The level of understanding and complete disregard for human empathy is disgusting. Very unprofessional.
