Called for a quote for a refrigerated air unit. The guy came out and after several conversations on the phone with someone, they decided they could do the job. When asked about the warranty, he wasnt sure, but he did say that half of the money is required as a down payment before the work was started. Im not about to give someone thousands of dollars when they cant articulate their warranty. Thanks, but no thanks.

My Master Cool unit was not working at all! Found Anytime on google search in the 10 best air conditioner repair service in Las Cruces, I called and they set me up an appointment. Shawn, the tech was amazing. Totally professional, extremely knowledgeable and patient. He made sure my Air was working perfectly even educated me how the air conditioner worked, how to get the best use of it and how to maintain the unit. I highly recommend this service.

Only good thing about this company is the employees, but even then you never get the same one twice because Sean doesnt pay them and treats them like cockroaches, even trained ones who spent THOUSANDS going to school. If you want your service for free just call him up right after they finish and are in the process of writing the ticket and he will comp it FREE.
