Better read this to the end before you use this company. ACS installed two A/C units on my home a few years ago, and their initial quote/work was very good, save a mis-wired connection at the furnace. I recently called them to disconnect/reconnect one unit on the roof so the roof could be replaced. Disconnection was quick and easy. The reconnection, however, has been a nightmare (times mentioned are from our security cameras). One man showed up at 8:57 am with no advance notice, and no advance estimate was provided. Their website says "We have upfront, no surprise pricing so our customers know exactly what they're paying for in advance." Both my wife and I were asked if we had an estimate, which we did not. The first man said he needed to wait for his supervisor, who arrived at 9:30 am. I checked on them on the roof at 9:50 am and the lines had already been reconnected and a vacuum pump was running with gauges attached. When I left my home at 9:58 am the supervisor was sitting on the side of our house on his phone. At 10:10 am they both were in our driveway talking on their phones. The supervisor left at 10:34 am and came back at 11:30 am with a tank of freon. The other gentleman sat in his truck this entire time. No one was on the roof for an hour and twenty minutes. The job was finished and a bill presented to us at 11:57 am. We were charged for 3.5 hours when, at best, they actually worked for 1.5 hours. When I called the receptionist to question the charges I was told I would receive a call back from the owner which did not happen. After a few hours I called and left a message with their answering service (still during business hours) but still did not receive a call back.Update 6-26-23: I received a call from the receptionist that the owner would not call me because he wanted to the supervisor to handle it since he was the one who billed me. She said they would then talk about how "we can get this adjusted for you," and that "we'll get it worked out for you." When the supervisor called I explained that I did not think they worked on my unit for 3.5 hours. Neither of them was even on site for 3.5 hours, and both of them took over an hour off while they waited for him to go get freon. He acted like it was normal that they came to work on our A/C without freon, comparing it to needing to go get gas in their trucks. He also said he remembered me coming to their office with photos to show the owner when he incorrectly wired the A/C unit when it was installed. His last comment to me before he hung up on me was "Next time you just call TLC and you get f--kin' raped." This is truly a shame, as everyone else I have had contact with at ACS, including the owner, has been helpful and polite. I wonder if the owner will call me now.

We had a aerocool unit installed, to replace our old rusted swamp cooler. The install and duct work that was done has improved our cooling quite a bit. Now on low speed our temp is in the upper 60's. It's good to know high speed is there for the hotter days. Would recommend this company.

By far the best value. I called around to at least 20 places and Karl was straight to the point and never tried to upsell me. I've been enjoying my AC this summer. Definitely recommend. Services: Heating system installation, Install AC
