Very poor service. No communication like the previous person that posted screen shots of conversation and keeps pushing back coming back out. Extremely disappointed and if we could give JP a 0 absolutely we would! They get contracted by our leasing department but we are going to be asking for someone else. Excuse after excuse and hand tied for bogus excuses.

I would NEVER hire this company again. In June we hired them to convert from a swamp cooler to AC. The job entailed doing the conversion plus removing the swamp cooler unit. After they finished the conversion they said they would be back within a couple of days to remove the swamp cooler because they needed a crane and operator to do so. Well, a couple of days passed and they hadn't returned or contacted us about the removal of the swamp cooler. So, naturally, we followed up and were anxious to get it taken care of because we had other projects contracted to start but could not begin until the swamp cooler was removed, as it was in the way! We were told that they were backed up and would be there the following week. Fast forward a couple of weeks and still no word. We continued to follow up and they continued to give us excuse after excuse. It is now TWO MONTHS since the conversion and we still cannot get them to come and remove the swamp cooler. They always have some excuse. Mind you, the job included removal of the unit and has been paid in full! This is not just a minor inconvenience, this has been holding up several other projects that we have had contracted out!! It has been TWO MONTHS. We are quickly losing patience and will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.
