Very nice place to stay. Has a sofa bed so room can sleep up to six. Very clean and roomy with a nice small kitchen.
Rooms: Perfect for families or working people. Clean and spacious with small kitchen.
Nearby activities: Lots to do in Alamogordo. Hotel is on the edge of town but nothing is too far.
Walkability: Not close enough to walk to places but plenty of room to go for walks safely.
Food & drinks: Breakfast was good. Must go early because they run out of many items and don't restock.

Great home away from home

Loved everything about this property - everything! The check-in/check-out process was simple and accommodating. Staff were hospitable. Felt welcomed, warmly greeted and privileged as you'd expect to feel, checking in as a Hilton Honors Member. Parking was smooth - you receive a display for your vehicle. The room was beautiful, spacious and comfortable, especially the kitchen area. We'd planned to stay only one night, using the location as a spring board to White Sands, and continue our trip from there, but we wanted to go right back! Lol. It was so peaceful, serene, and scenic in the middle of the dessert. We're looking forward to returning.

P.s. We found a walmart not too far away, about 19 mi., since we knew we would have a big fridge. Copped that SpongeBob Pull Back there too, IF, you were interested (someone asked me so I thought it'd be nice to share)
