Definitely worth the price.
Friendly front desk.
Stove, pans, cups, plates, knifes, forks, spoons provided (you can cook and eat in the hotel!)
Strong smoking smells.
Sound insulation could be improved.
Somehow I can smell the body soap from my neighbor rooms???
No hair dryer.
Hard to find food in walking distance.
Am I too picky under this price? I guess yes. But still great value!

Thieves! They Charged my card a $25 fee after I left, "for ruining the sheets" with a golf ball sized stain. I take pride in how I leave a room. So, literally don't sneeze on the sheets. I'm homeless, that $25 was supposed to be for new shoes. Mine have holes in the bottom, and now so does my wallet. Thanks suburban, y'all are awful.
