Very professional company and workers. Hired them for a huge hornet nest in my attic and within 2 days of calling them they were at my house and cleared out the nest. Shawn and Jake were excellent and very easy to work with. I would hire this company again for any future pest control needs.

I ordered a pest control service in April 2022. In Sept 2022, some insects such as spiders, crickets and ants start to show up. S&M Exterminating Company, Inc told me I have a warranty.
However, each time I tried to contact the customer service, they always have a thound of excuses to refuse to do the pest control again valid in the warranty. Excuses like "call me when I'm at office in the morning", "I'm not at office today and call me later", "Please call me after 2 weeks to see if the bugs are still there".
Finally, I gave up to call them. I think that's what they want me to do.

Limited with regard to mice extermination....feeding them to die leaves the death smell. But the personnel are mannerable.
